Kashmir struggling for just cause

 Srinagar. August 03; JK Salvation Movement Spokesman on Thursday said that its chairman Zafar Akbar Bhat and JKLF (H) chairman Javed Ahmad Mir and JKSM leaders visited various families of incarcerated leaders and expressed their solidarity.

The families visited include Shabir Ahmad Shah, Masarat Alam Bhat,Altaf Fantosh,Shahid ul Islam,Peer saifullah,Mushtaq ul Islam, Mehraj kalwal,Nayeem Khan, Bitta Karaty,Their families shared their concern with Zafar Akbar & Javed Ahmad Mir. Recently those arrested were shifted to Delhi and in these extreme temperatures are facing tough situations, said their families. Most of these leaders and activists are suffering from different ailments and no proper treatment or facility is provided to them, said these families.

Both leaders stressed for their release and while referring to supreme court ruling said that shifting detainees to outside jails is unlawful and added that prisoners as per court directions are entitled to remain in jail in his home vicinity.

  Condemning the slapping o PSA, both leaders said that most of the detainees are frequently slapped with PSA, though court has bailed them out.

They said that authorities can even ask or question these leaders in home state and shifting then to far flung jails is inhuman, undemocratic and it sheer political vendetta. The families during interaction said that the authorities are denying their meeting on one pretext or the other.

We are worried and want to know their lodgment said families during their interaction with Zadar Akbar and Javed Ahmad Mir.

 Meanwhile spokesman paying glowing tributes to martyr Aqib Ahmed,Suhail Ahmed rather   on August 03, said that, “Ours is a rightful struggle and we have no intentions to separate or snatch any part of India, ‘’hence, we have no hostile sentiments against the India or its people.
