Ailing Zafar Akbar denied medical facilities. Party paid tributes to martyrs

SRINAGAR: July 19: Senior Huriyat leader and Chairman Salvation Movement, Zafar Akbar was yesterday released after two months detention and later on arrested again,Spokesman said that he is suffering from multiple ailments and doctors attending has advised complete bed rest and investigations.

Spokesman while criticizing authorities said that incarcerated leader needs complete medical care, however police has placed him again under house arrest and as such can't avail medical facilities.

Meanwhile Zafar Akbar in a statement has expressed his serious concern over growing tension and incidents of gun fights on borders between India and Pakistan and said that the people living on these borders are facing immense hardships and precious lives fell to bullets.

Appealing both countries to observe restrain, Zafar urged to resolve all issues through negotiations.

Meanwhile a high-level deputation comprising o Farooq Ahmad, Zubair Ahmad and Ishaq Ahmad visited Shaheed Mudasir Ahmad Hajam grieved families in Kukarnag  Islamabad and extended condolences over the martydome of brave hearts.
